Waitlist Terms
These terms apply when you use a Find My Planner coming-soon website or join a user or professional waitlist.
Last updated: 19 August 2026
About the waitlists
The waitlists let you register interest in a platform that is still being developed. Joining a waitlist does not create a customer, adviser, referral, employment or partnership relationship with Find My Planner.
No guaranteed access or timing
We may invite people in stages, change our launch plans or decide not to offer a feature or service. Joining does not guarantee early access, a professional match, a client introduction or any particular launch date.
Your information
You agree to provide accurate information that belongs to you and to keep your contact details current. Professionals should use an appropriate work email and must not imply that joining the waitlist verifies their identity, credentials, licence or suitability.
No professional advice
Find My Planner is a discovery and connection platform in development. The websites and waitlists do not provide financial, legal, tax, credit, investment or other professional advice. Do not rely on website content as a substitute for advice suited to your circumstances.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the websites, interfere with their operation, submit another person’s information without permission, attempt unauthorised access or use automated systems to submit large volumes of entries.
Website content and availability
We may update, suspend or remove website content and waitlist access. We aim to keep information accurate and the websites available, but early-stage services may change and interruptions can occur.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Find My Planner is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the coming-soon websites or participation in a waitlist. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle waitlist information. Where you consent to updates, you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to an email with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line or contacting us.
