What we collect

When you join a waitlist, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, profession or the type of professional you are looking for, and your consent to receive updates. We may also collect referral and campaign information included in the link you used, along with basic technical information needed to operate and secure the websites.

Why we collect it

We use this information to manage the waitlists, send confirmation and launch updates, understand demand for different professional services, improve the platform and prevent misuse. We do not ask for detailed financial information through the waitlist forms.

How we share and store information

We use service providers to operate the waitlists, including Netlify for website hosting and form submissions and Resend for confirmation and update emails. These providers may process information outside Australia. We do not sell waitlist information. We may disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect our services and users.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information while we prepare and operate early access, and for a reasonable period afterwards to manage communications and business records. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, unless we must retain it by law.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your waitlist information. You can stop launch and marketing updates at any time by replying to one of our emails with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line or contacting us directly.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not send sensitive financial, identification or account information through the waitlist forms or by email.
